These terms and conditions apply to all customers (referred to as "customer" or "you") who browse or use the TEL25 website (hereinafter referred to as "the website"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before browsing the website. 


I. Agreement 


By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them, including all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from accessing or using the website. All information contained on the website is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. 


II. Customer Obligations 


  1. For the prepaid services we provide, customers must purchase our services through our website TEL25 or other platforms in cooperation with us. 

  2. Customers are required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including name and email address, to TEL25. If there are any changes to your personal information, please notify us immediately through our website or customer service hotline. 

  3. When using our services outside of Taiwan, customers may be subject to the laws and regulations of the roaming country. Customers must comply with these laws and regulations, and TEL25 will not be held responsible if customers fail to comply. 

  4. If customers encounter any issues while using our products and services upon reaching their destination, please notify TEL25 immediately for follow-up. Any refund (full or partial) requests must be made within thirty days from the effective date of service and will not be accepted thereafter. TEL25 reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund requests. 

  5. TEL25 recommends that customers disable the automatic software update feature on their mobile phones to avoid unexpected data usage. 


III. User Behavior 


You understand that all information, applications, or other content (referred to as "content"), whether publicly available on the website or transmitted privately among members through the website, is the sole responsibility of the person who generates or disseminates such content, and the company assumes no responsibility. Therefore, you are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or distribute on the website. The company cannot control or verify the content uploaded to the Internet through the use of this service. Therefore, the company does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of such content, nor does it make any warranties regarding its quality. You understand that during the use of this service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive or objectionable. In no event shall the company be liable for any content, including but not limited to any errors or omissions, or any loss or damage caused by any person's uploading, posting, emailing, or transmitting of content. 


IV. Granted Rights 


  1. By complying with these terms and conditions, we grant you the right to access this website to learn more about our products or services and to participate in purchasing and using the products or services we provide. 

  2. We grant you the right to download a reasonable number of pages from our website for temporary storage or to print out a reasonable number of pages for the purpose of introducing our products or services to other interested individuals, provided that (1) you and the recipients of these page copies use the information for authorized purposes only, and (2) you must retain any copyright notice or other proprietary notice on these materials as displayed on our website. 

  3. Under the rights granted to you, you may not (1) make any modifications to our data, (2) use it for any commercial purposes, or (3) remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from it. Except for the explicit permitted use and printing of pages from this website mentioned above, you may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or access any data provided by our website for any other purposes. If you violate any of these restrictions, we may automatically terminate this granted right at any time. Upon termination of this right, you must destroy any materials you possess, whether in electronic or printed format, and compensate us for any losses. 


V. Products and Services 


The website does not charge any membership fees and provides both free and paid services to all users. You are responsible for any third-party charges incurred in using the free or paid download services, and for details of these charges, please contact the relevant telecommunications network provider directly. However, we may charge a purchase fee for our services. If we need to change the charges, we will not notify you in advance. 

You understand and agree that the use of information obtained through downloading from this website or using this website or related services is at your own discretion and you bear all risks and responsibilities. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your computer system or data resulting from downloading any information. TEL25's mobile data roaming service can be used on the networks of telecommunications operators with whom we have a mobile data roaming agreement. TEL25 will update the coverage and quantity of the network from time to time without separate written notice. 


VI. Service Restrictions 


  1. TEL25 products and services are only intended for and limited to use within specified countries or regions. Any costs incurred for using the products and services outside of the specified countries or regions are the responsibility of the customer. 

  2. Activities such as video downloading, video streaming, online gaming, video calling, and other high data usage activities may impact data transmission speed, which is subject to fair usage policy (FUP) described in point 6. 

  3. TEL25's overseas telecommunications service providers generally have good coverage within their respective local areas, but coverage may vary due to the systems of each country's provider (including services and systems beyond our control), especially in remote areas. We do not guarantee the continuity and stability of the service. 

  4. The availability and coverage of the network depend on the customer's location. The quality of the service depends on factors such as the customer's mobile phone, mobile device, network, and other factors. 

  5. Service may be adversely affected due to factors such as simultaneous heavy usage, physical obstacles (such as buildings blocking signals), and interference caused by atmospheric factors or other reasons. 

  6. TEL25 does not guarantee that the connection will be uninterrupted, data transmission will occur at any specific speed or time, all communications can or will be transmitted through the network, or that the network will be adequately protected against unauthorized access or interception. 

  7. Each connection termination also ends your account usage. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these provisions. 


VII. Fair Usage Policy for Unlimited Data Plans 


  1. To ensure fair and equitable service for all customers at all times, a fair usage policy (FUP) may be implemented in accordance with the business practices of local telecommunications service providers (domestic wireless network operators). 

  2. Under the fair usage policy (FUP), overseas telecommunications service providers typically set a wireless data volume limit for customers who exceed a certain usage threshold within a specific period of time. Customers may experience data flow limitations (reduced speed) within specific time periods. 

  3. Once excessive usage occurs, the telecommunications service provider may, at any time, stop, suspend, or change the quality of the network without our intervention. Your mobile data experience may be intermittently affected during peak periods (due to too many users simultaneously utilizing network resources), and the situation will improve once usage returns to normal. 

  4. Telecommunications service providers have the right to change service models and policies (including fair usage policies) without prior notice. 

  5. We will not provide refunds or discounts for the above-mentioned occurrences. If a customer continues to download large amounts of data or if their usage affects the applications of other users, we may terminate the provision of services. 


VIII. Prohibited Activities 


Customers are prohibited from engaging in the following activities and are responsible for their actions in using our products and services: 

  1. Interfering with or threatening the network of telecommunications service providers. 

  2. Sending or uploading content that is obscene, offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing in any way. 

  3. Infringing upon the rights of others, including copyright or other intellectual property rights. 

  4. Distributing any tools that may harm or damage network infrastructure or services or interfere with the normal operation of security features. 

  5. Sending unsolicited commercial messages or content. 

  6. Engaging in any behavior that may be illegal, fraudulent, improper, unauthorized, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or for any other malicious purposes. 

  7. Engaging in any behavior that may harm the reputation of TEL25 or TEL25's services. 

  8. Engaging in behavior that may encourage criminal offenses, civil liability, or any other violations of relevant laws. 

  9. Engaging in behavior that may alter, disassemble, damage, change settings, or cause malfunctions or changes in the appearance of equipment. 

  10. Engaging in behavior that violates TEL25's ownership, such as subleasing, transferring, mortgaging to third. 


IX. Replacement and Refunds 


  1. If you need to replace a TEL25 card, please contact our customer service hotline. 

  2. If a TEL25 card is damaged (not due to TEL25's error) and you request a replacement card, you will be responsible for the replacement fee and any associated shipping or other charges. 

  3. If you are unable to use the data service for any reason, please contact our customer service hotline or reach out to our customer service representatives through any other customer service channel to arrange a full refund. Refund requests must be made within thirty days from the effective date of service and will not be accepted thereafter. 


X. Personal Data Collection Statement 


  1. Customers must ensure that the personal information provided to TEL25 is up-to-date, complete, and accurate. 

  2. In compliance with the Personal Data Privacy Ordinance, TEL25 will fulfill its obligations and responsibilities under the ordinance to properly handle and manage customers' personal information. 


XI. Amendment of Terms and Conditions 


  1. TEL25 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, TEL25 retains the final decision-making authority. 

  2. TEL25 reserves the right to refuse to provide products and services. The purchase of TEL25 products and services must comply with these terms and conditions and be read and fully agreed upon by customers prior to making a purchase. 

  3. TEL25 may conduct necessary maintenance on the website, and/or TEL25's products and services, at any time to ensure the quality of service for all customers. 


XII. Disclaimer 


  1. TEL25 will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from errors of overseas telecommunications service providers. 

  2. TEL25 will not be responsible for mobile device malfunctions and/or configuration errors that result in the inability to access internet services. 

  3. TEL25 will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from improper, careless use, or misplacement of mobile devices leading to short circuits or fires. TEL25 advises customers to use devices with caution. 

  4. By using TEL25 cards, customers agree that we are not liable for refunding the account balance if the card is lost, stolen, damaged, or used without your authorization. 

  5. TEL25 may, without prior notice, modify or suspend all or part of the services as we deem necessary (e.g., maintenance, upgrades, security, emergencies, or other reasons). We will make every effort to minimize service interruptions. However, some interruptions are unavoidable. In such cases and where feasible, we will notify customers as soon as possible. 

  6. TEL25 may make changes to products and services from time to time to comply with applicable security, regulatory, or legal requirements, without prior notice. However, these changes will not have a significant impact on the nature, scope, or charges of the products and services. 

  7. TEL25 does not make any representations or warranties regarding the product itself and the operation of the services (including related products or services provided by third parties) being uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, or meeting customers' specific needs. 

  8. The quality and availability of the products and services may be subject to certain limitations beyond our control, including but not limited to physical, geographical, and climatic factors.
